Video:
jaya mā jaya mā jaya mā bhavānī
Victory O Mother, Victory O Mother, Victory O Mother Bhavani!
tū hī merī mā sāī jananī
You alone are my Mother, Sai Janani.
jab man merā roye tū pās calī āe
When my heart weeps, You rush to my side.
sūnī merī ānkhõn mẽin mā sapne sajāe
In my desolate eyes, Mother, You weave dreams.
ṭūṭā hū jab bhī mā tūne mujhe sambhālā
Whenever I feel broken, Mother, You comfort me.
tere hī nām ne mā merā dard nikālā
It is Your Name, Mother, that melts away my pain.
mā sun le pukār tere caraṇõ mẽin merā sansār
O Mother, hear my plea! At Your Feet, lies my entire world.
āj vijay kā parv hai sac kī huī jīt
Today is the festival of Victory; Truth has triumphed.
man ke ãndhiāre mẽin mā bhar de tū prīt
In the darkness of my mind, Mother, fill Your love.
man kā rāvaṇ jalā de ahaṃkār miṭā de
Burn away the Ravana within my mind; wipe out my ego.
jhūṭhe is jīvan ko sacchī rāh dikhā de
To this illusory life of mine, show the true path.
